Flamingo Commercial Services Plan FONSI

In response to some questions about the future of Flamingo and whether or not they plan on rebuilding the lodge, I've posted the Finding Of No Significant Impact (FONSI) report for the new commercial services plan. Starting on page 13 is a detailed list of all proposed facilities included in the approved alternative. On page 27 you can see some conceptual design drawings of the lodge, cottages, and eco-tents. On page 33 they hand you the bill: nearly $23 million.
