Flamingo Bridge Closures
Work to repair the Buttonwood Canal Bridge requires that the bridge be closed for extended periods to both road and boat traffic.
To minimize disruption, closures will occur during late-night hours (10pm - 4am) beginning Sunday January 30 through Thursday February 24, 2011. During these times, traffic across the bridge will not be possible.
The bridge will be open on Friday and Saturday nights, and also Sunday, Feb 20 and Monday Feb 21 (President's day).
