Good point. I like that idea.
The artesian pictured in my last post above is at FMB you may have recognized it. People stop to fill jugs because of supposed health benefits but its very corrosive and smells of sulpur but I drink it.
There used to be a fresh water artesian well at Chokoloski years ago I have been told. (pic)
There used to be an artesian well at the corner of US 29 and Tamiami Trail. I looked for it but couldnt find anything but a faucet valve and a pipe in the ground. I was told people came from far away to fill their jugs the water was so good.
Theres another on Turner River Road but I forgot where. It should be.near the 1-75 overpass.
