ENP fees structure change

Damn, $70/year is kinda steep for a Park with no Elephants, Lions nor even any rides! ;)

I can see they need to pull in all the money they can, but the mobile pay idea is not the way IMHO.

The last thing anybody wants is to be harassed by Park Rangers wherever they may be checking up to see that they paid. Do they really want to turn them into toll collectors??
