Great story Daniel, I really enjoyed it. I had to chuckle at the breakfast in the tent at darwins. People learn quickly out there! Also, good to know that there are groups of guys camping in the everglades that bring along a shower. :-)

Daniel, I am thrilled you were able to do this long awaited journey. I read your trip report this morning while having my coffee and before the morning rush hour. The story put a smile on my face and reminded me that there is the incredible Everglades to escape to. Made going to work bearable, thanks.
