I met John and Donna Buckley at the Harney River Chickee during the 2016 Watertibe Everglades Challenge.  They had mentioned the issue they were having with power boaters and were having an issue with a boater on Harney River Chickee too.

The white kayak shown on Highland Beach is Greg Stamer who was also competing in the Watertibe race too.
