"Biscayne Bay's Wild Western Shoreline," featuring the stunning photography of Constance Mier, will be on display in the park's Dante Fascell Visitor Center Gallery through June 1. All of Connie's images are captured at near-water level from a canoe, and feature birds, fish and their habitats, as well as this fabulous shot of a rainbow over mangroves. The show is free, and open every day from 9-5. For an extra special bonus, come out for our full-moon "Meet the Artist" reception from 6-8 pm on Sunday, March 16. The event will double as the kickoff for Dade County's annual celebration of Biscayne Bay, BAYNANZA. See you there! (GAB)
Let's get some "go deepers" to come out on the 16th!

Thank you, Charlie, that would be awesome if you and others here can come to the reception. For those of you in the area, if you cannot make the reception, please stop in and see the exhibit that runs through June 4th. Thank you!

Beautiful! Those of us that enjoy the backcountry away from the boardwalk will appreciate this exhibit.

Excellent. Congrats Connie!!

Nice opening Connie!  Beautiful work!  Enjoyed the evening and nice Moon-rise.

It was a great turnout, really proud of Connie. Keep up the good work!

Good stuff!! I'll be sure to check this out on my way to the Park one of these days.
