We had a friend while we stayed there back in July. He remained on the steps for two days, leaving to hunt and returning to sun. We would simply step over him and we even loaded the boat using the ladder he was on and he didn't seem to mind us. There was also a large Great Barracuda that must have been about 3 1/2+ feet long that visited several times a day.

Great report Flex, I am motivated now to camp on those chickees. Being afraid of heights, I was not too happy with original configuration but it looks like the park has made it easier to get on and off these structures.

Dallas, really cool experience sharing the chickee with that snake :-)
